Amber Moore

Amber Moore was appointed Administrator of Elections for Hardeman County November 1, 2005. She is a graduate of West Tennessee Business College with a Micro-Accounting degree. She worked as a supervisor of customer service for Dunn’s Inc. after that she worked in accounting for the Hardeman Co. Board of Education before becoming Administrator. She was certified as Administrator of Elections through the Tennessee Secretary of State office in 2006. Amber has served as President and secretary of the Carl Perkins Board in Hardeman County, currently serving as treasurer for the Ruritan Club, two years as West Tennessee Vice-President of TACEO, four years as President of TACEO and currently serves on the Executive and Legislative committees of TACEO. Amber is a member of Hornsby Baptist Church where she teaches Sunday school to the 4th and 5th graders, is Children’s Choir Director, teaches a Wednesday night bible study to 1st graders, and started the “Little Servers of Christ” where children learn to prepare food and carry to shut-ins. Amber resides in Hornsby with her husband Ricky of 37 years. They have two children Rachel and Hunter and one grandchild, Tanley
